T2RIB
A “big” heater in a small package.
The T2RIB, Telco’s electric heater for ships and offshore installations is a “powerhouse” in a small frame. From a modest wall area of less than 2 sq. ft. The T2RIB offers 1600 W, in others words an impressive output per unit area. with its modest obstruction, while preserving a temperature below the maximum authorized for electric heatings.
Built of aluminium, the heater’s ligth weight makes it an excellent choice where space and weight are at a premium, such as on ships and offshore installations.
T2RIB’s rustproof design with a heating element of stainless steel and a junction box of self-extinguishing plastic (category V-O) has earned it an IP 44 classification. The T2RIB is of course also splash-proof and approved for use in wash-rooms and damp surroundings.
A grille on the top of the heater protects it from being covered and an automatic cut-out is fitted to prevent overheating.
Telco FIB
The FIB ship heater has IP 22 classification and is designed for use in all rooms where there is no need for a splash-proof heater. This represents a far less expensive solution than if the T2RIB is used. The Telco FIB heater is entirely constructed of non-corrosive materials.
Telco FIB heater is easy to instal, easy to clean and easy to service. It is small and elegant and has a low surface temperature, max 69° C / 156° F on the front surface.
The heater has the standard protective grate which prevents its being covered.
